A Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the Village Municipal Building to discuss the following application:

Application #1-2020 Hometown Wines & Spirts seeks curbing and storm water management review of John Street and possible variance of curbing requirements on Albany Ave Route 20. Per Village of Nassau Zoning requirements 120-38. & 120-38b.

The application is available for review at the Nassau Village Hall, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 12 noon.

All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard.

Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board, or at such time as the meeting.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Trustees of the Village of Nassau, Rensselaer County, New York will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall of the Village of Nassau at 40 Malden Street, Nassau, New York, on January 8, 2019 at 7:15 p.m.

The Village Board will hear public comments re; Proposed transfer of $10,000 from Police Equipment Capital Fund

(NY-01-0525 0006) to 3120.2 Police Equipment for the purchase of a new police vehicle.

All persons interested shall have an opportunity to be heard.

The North end of Malden Street up to Griswold WILL BE CLOSED.  Please follow detour to access South end of Malden and Griswold.

Delays can be expected.

Please use caution in these work zones.

PARKING WILL BE PROHIBITED
