PLEASE TAKE NOTICE due to an EMERGENCY water line repair, on John Street Village residents may experience possible water outage, reduced water flow and water discoloration. JOHN STREET ROUTE 20 ENTRANCE WILL BE CLOSED, Crews are on the scene and working to repair the issue.

LOCAL LAW #1 OF 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Local Law #1 of 2026 Village of Nassau Land Subdivision Regulations was passed by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Nassau, New York on May 27, 2026 to become effective immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.

Copies of the complete law will be available at the Village Municipal Building, 40 Malden Street, Nassau, New York 9 AM to 12:00 Noon Monday through Friday.
