LOCAL LAW #1 OF 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Local Law #1 of 2026 Village of Nassau Land Subdivision Regulations was passed by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Nassau, New York on May 27, 2026 to become effective immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.

Copies of the complete law will be available at the Village Municipal Building, 40 Malden Street, Nassau, New York 9 AM to 12:00 Noon Monday through Friday.

ATTENTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE due to an EMERGENCY water line repair, Village residents in the following areas, Westbrook Drive, Maple Ave, John Street, Kosey Street and Bullis Way may experience possible water outage, reduced water flow and water discoloration. Crews are on the scene and working to repair the issue.

2026 MEMORIAL DAY PARADE & CEREMONY

PLEASE JOIN US – Monday, May 25th for the Annual Memorial Day Parade and Memorial Ceremony.

PARADE – Lineup starts at 1:00pm. Parade kicks off at 2:00pm travelling the usual Village Square (Beginning at the end of John St, right on Fairgrounds, left on Chatham, left on Albany Ave, left on John).

CEREMONY – Following the parade, all are invited to the Ceremony at the Chandler Young Post on the corner of Lyons Lake Rd and Rt 20. Free food & drinks will be provided.
