NOTICE

A NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the General Election of the Village of Nassau, County of Rensselaer, State of New York 12123, will be held at the Village Municipal Building, 40 Malden Street, in said Village on the Wednesday, 18th day of March 2026 and the polls will be open at 12:00 noon and close at 9:00 p.m.  

The Village Clerk designates the following offices as vacant at the end of the current official year, to be filled for the following term:

 Trustee for the term of Gaetano Forte for the term of four years.

Trustee for the term of Charles Collins for the term of four years.

 Election is open to voters registered with Rensselaer County Board of Elections.  The last day to register with the County Board of Elections is Friday March 6, 2026.
