NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE OF NASSAU PLANNING BOARD OF APPEALS APPLICATION FOR SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT
35 PHILLIPS STREET

Please take notice that the Village of Nassau Planning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on the following subdivision application on

Monday, March 3, 2025 at 7:00 pm.

Todd Scaccia, of 35 Phillips Street, Nassau, NY (Tax Map ID# 212.5-1-13.1) has applied for a 7-lot subdivision.  The application is available for review at the Nassau Village Hall, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 12 noon.

 

Said hearing will be held at the Nassau Village Hall, 40 Malden Street, Nassau, NY, at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.

REMINDER NOTICE

VILLAGE OF NASSAU RESIDENTS

 SIDEWALKS SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL

The Village of Nassau has a local law requiring the removal of snow and ice from sidewalks by the property owner.

The sidewalks abutting your property must be cleared of snow and ice within 24 hours after a storm per Local Law #1 Section 96.

If not removed within 24 hours, Village employees will do so and the cost incurred will be charged back to the property owner.

If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact the Village Clerk at (518-766-3044 ext. 0) Monday thru Friday from

8:00 am until 12 noon.

Meetings are located at the Village Hall

All are welcome to attend for observation purposes only; there will be no public discussion at these workshops.
